Adding a payment method to your Teloa account allows you to pay quickly and securely for USA prepaid refills.
Why add a payment method?
Having a saved payment method makes recharging faster and hassle-free. With your card or Apple Pay, Google Pay or PayPal added, you can complete refills with a tap rather than entering all details again.
Two ways to add a payment method
1. Via your account settings
Step 1: Log in to Teloa, open Account in the slide-out menu and find the payment method section.
Step 2: After clicking the pencil icon (next to existing methods), select Add Card below to enter the details; or, if none are added yet, see Add Payment Method directly.
Step 3: Enter your card details and save.
2. While checking out (at refill)
Step 1: Start a refill and reach the Payment section.
Step 2: Look for the > symbol next to the default payment.
Step 3: Tap Add Card and input your card information (if you did not have a card previously added, you will see that option in the checkout itself).
Once added, the new method is registered and ready for any future recharges.
Now that you’ve added your method, when you make a refill it will be selectable automatically. You can also manage or remove methods later (see How to delete a payment method in Teloa)
Updating your payment information ensures successful refills and prevents declined payments.
Security & what data we store
Payments are always processed through encrypted gateways to keep your data safe.
Card details are not stored on Teloa servers, only the last 4 digits are retained for display.
PayPal payments are handled entirely by PayPal, we do not see or store your full payment credentials.
This ensures maximum security and privacy at all times.
Troubleshooting payment method problems
Can’t add your card: Double-check that all fields are entered correctly (card number, expiration date, CVV).
Payment method not accepted: Make sure your bank allows online transactions in USD.
Apple Pay or Google Pay missing: Ensure your device and region support those wallets.
Error saving payment: Log out, refresh your browser or app, and try again.
If your card is declined, contact your bank or try another card or PayPal.
