Dial *3282# from your cell phone to receive usage details in English, you will receive a text message with all the details of your balance and usage. If you prefer Spanish, dial *3286#.

T-Mobile (Prepaid)

Dial #BAL# (or #225#) from your phone and press “Send”, you will receive a text message with your account balance and plan information.

Verizon (Prepaid)

You can check your expiration date and account balance by calling #BAL# (or #225#) from your prepaid phone. You can also call 888-294-6804 from any phone to get your account information.

Simple Mobile (Prepaid)

Text the word ACCT to 611611 and within seconds you will receive a message with your account balance.

Cricket (Prepaid)

Text the word BAL to 611 and you will receive a message with your account balance.

Metro PCS

Dial #BAL# on your phone and press the call button and you will receive a text message with your current account balance.
