Checking your refill history is the easiest way to keep track of your past recharges statuses, confirm successful transactions, verify charges and stay on top of your spending. You can view all your activity in just a few steps, whether you’re using the web or the app.
Your refill history is always available in your account, both on the website and in the Teloa app.
How to access your refill history
Log in to your Teloa account using your email/password (or social login).
In the slide-out menu (upper left corner) click Refill History.
Here you'll see a list of all recharges made from that account, along with their status.
What you’ll see in the history
You can tap on any refill to view more details, such as:
Refill ID (system reference)
Status (success, pending, failed, under review, etc)
Contact or number recharged
Date and time of transaction
Cost
Payment method used
If the recharge was sent with Autopay
These details help you verify your transactions and track what you’ve sent.
A recent recharge status may take some time to update. Just wait a few minutes to confirm its success before trying again.
Troubleshooting refill history
Recent refill missing: Wait a few minutes and refresh the page or restart the app.
No transactions displayed: Make sure you’re logged in with the correct email used for your refills.

How far back can I see my refill history?
You can view all transactions made since you created your Teloa account.
Can I download or export my refill history?
Not yet, but this option may be available in future updates.
Why don’t I see a recent refill?
It may take a few minutes for new transactions to appear. Try refreshing the page or app.
Is my refill history the same on web and app?
Yes. Both platforms show the same transaction data linked to your account.
