Deleting a refill only removes it from your visible history. The transaction itself remains securely stored for internal verification purposes.
How to delete a refill (step-by-step)
Log in to your Teloa account using your email/password (or social login).
In the slide-out menu, go to Refill History to view all previous recharges.
Click on the individual recharge you want to remove.
In the left corner of the recharge details, click Delete Refill.
Confirm the action when prompted. The entry will be removed from your history.
If the deleted refill is still visible, refresh the page or clear your cache.
What happens after you delete
The selected refill will no longer appear in your visible history.
Deleting from history does not reverse the actual transaction, e.g. does not cancel nor refund payments.
Why you might want to delete a refill
You may want to clean up your history or remove entries you no longer want shown, like failed or canceled refills. Deleting a refill hides it from your visible list, it does not affect payments or refunds made.
