Your password is the first line of defense for your Teloa account. Updating it regularly helps keep your information safe and ensures that only you have access.
You can only change your password if you registered with an email and password. If you signed up via Google, Facebook, or Apple, your login credentials are managed by those platforms, and you cannot change the password through Teloa.
Use a strong password that combines uppercase and lowercase letters, numbers, and symbols.
Steps to change your password
Log in to your Teloa account using your current email and password.
Once logged in, navigate to Account in the slide-out menu.
Select Change Password. You will be prompted to enter your current password to verify your identity.
Enter a strong new password. Make sure to follow common password rules (e.g. minimum length, special characters).
Confirm the change. Your account is now updated with a new password.
Forgot Your Password?
If you no longer remember your current password and can’t log in:
Use the “Forgot it?” link you'll see right when you try to log in.
Follow the steps shown there to reset your password.
If you don’t receive an email, check spam or contact support.
If you receive an error that your current password is incorrect, double-check for typos or try logging out and back in.
For users registered via Google / Facebook / Apple, changes must be made through those providers.
Troubleshooting password problems

Link expired? Go back to the login page and request another password reset.
Can’t log in even after resetting? Make sure you’re entering the most recent password and that Caps Lock is off.
