You can modify your Autopay settings in Teloa anytime. Whether you want to change when your automatic refill processes or turn it off completely, managing Autopay takes just a few steps.
And if Autopay’s not your thing? You can cancel anytime because it’s just as easy as setting it up. But we definitely recommend trying it out first. That 5% monthly discount (starting from your second refill) adds up, and it's one of the easiest ways to save on your phone plan.
Turning off AutoPay won’t cancel your existing refills, it only stops future automatic payments.
How to edit Autopay settings
Log in to your Teloa account
Go to Autopay Settings on the slide-out menu
Select the Autopay contact you want to update
Click Edit Autopay
Change the payment date and confirm
Updates take effect immediately and apply to your next scheduled refill.
You can only edit the payment date for active Autopays. If you need to change the refill amount or payment method, you'll need to cancel the current Autopay and set up a new one when making your next refill.
You cannot use PayPal for Autopay, but Apple Pay is now supported along with credit and debit cards.
How to turn ff Autopay
Go to your Autopay Settings page.
Find the Autopay plan you want to disable.
Click Cancel Autopay.
Confirm when prompted.
Once disabled, Teloa will no longer process automatic refills for that number.
Troubleshooting Autopay management
Can’t disable Autopay: Try from another device or update your app.
Changes not saving: Log out and back in, then retry.
Autopay still charged after turning off: Check if you disabled it before the scheduled refill date.
Can't change refill amount or payment method: Remember, you can only edit the payment date. To change other settings, cancel the current Autopay and create a new one during your next refill.
