How to set up Autopay in Teloa?

Setting up Autopay with Teloa is a smart move, you’ll save 5% every month on your cell phone plan refill.

Autopay also gives you peace of mind, knowing your plan will renew automatically every 30 days. That means no more worrying about running out of balance or losing service.

You can activate AutoPay for any saved number and payment method in your account (except PayPal).


How to enable Autopay and save 5%

In this article, we’ll guide you step by step to set up automatic payments:

  1. Sign up or log in to Teloa.

  2. In the slide-out menu, select Autopay, then tap Setup Autopay:

  3. Choose whether you want to activate Autopay for your own number or for another contact:

  4. Once you’ve selected the contact and carrier, choose the amount to refill.

  5. On the next screen, set the day of the month for the payment and select your preferred payment method (except Paypal):

  6. Finally, just hit Setup Autopay. You're all set.

From now on, both your payment and your 5% discount will be processed automatically each month. It keeps your cell phone plan active and your monthly savings on track.

Whether you're refilling one line or several, Autopay works the same way. Just make sure you enable it for each plan, and you’ll get the 5% discount on every one.
