How to enable Autopay and save 5%
Autopay is now set up directly when you make a refill. Here's how:
Sign up or log in to Teloa.
Select the contact you want to refill and choose your carrier and refill amount.
During the checkout process, you'll see the option to enable Autopay. Toggle it on.
Your first refill will be processed at full price. Starting from the second refill, you'll automatically receive a 5% discount each month.
The Autopay schedule will begin from today's date and renew every 30 days.
That's it! From your second payment onward, both your refill and your 5% discount will be processed automatically each month. It keeps your cell phone plan active and your monthly savings on track.
Whether you're refilling one line or several, Autopay works the same way. Just make sure you enable it for each plan, and you'll get the 5% discount on every recurring payment after the first one.

There’s another easy way to enable it: when you send a new refill to a saved contact, you’ll see the option to turn on Autopay during checkout.
You can also edit the payment date or method anytime from your account.
