Who can use this
This process only applies if you registered with your email and password.
If you signed up using Google, Facebook, or Apple, your login credentials are managed by them and cannot be reset through Teloa.

How to reset a forgotten password
On the Teloa homepage or in the app, tap Get Started.
Choose Continue with Email.
Tap Forgot it? (below the password field).
Confirm you want us to send you a password reset email.
Check your inbox (or spam folder) for Teloa’s email and follow the link to create a new password.
The reset link expires after a short time. If it doesn’t work, request a new one and use it promptly.
What to do if you don’t receive the Reset Email
Ensure you used the same email you registered with.
Check your spam/junk folder.
Wait a few minutes; sometimes delivery is delayed.
If it still doesn’t arrive, tap Resend Email or support team/use our chat box at Teloa Help Center.
After resetting
Return to login with your new password.
Optionally, go to Account and review your settings.
