How to manage contacts in Teloa

Add, edit, or delete contacts so you can refill faster and more accurately

By saving your contacts, you’ll no longer have to type phone numbers every time you refill. This helps prevent mistakes and speeds up the refill process.

Keeping your contact list updated ensures smoother and quicker refills in the future.


How to add a contact

  1. Log in to your Teloa account (web or app).

  2. In the slide-out menu, select Contacts.

  3. Click Add New Contact.

  4. Fill in the contact’s name and phone number, and tap Save New Contact.

How to edit or delete a contact

  1. Go to Contacts in your Teloa slide-out menu.

  2. Tap the contact you want to edit or delete.

  3. Select Edit Contact for changes,

  4. or Delete contact to remove.

Contacts in the app & syncing

  • Upon first using the app, you may be asked to allow contact sync. This allows you to import your phone’s contacts into Teloa. The app will automatically import only contacts from the United States, starting with +1.

  • If permissions are denied, contacts won’t appear. You can revisit your device settings to grant permission.

  • Use sync cautiously, ensure you trust the contact list being shared.


Tips & caveats

  • Deleted contacts do not cancel past recharges.

  • Be cautious with duplicates, editing one won’t affect others.

  • If a contact doesn’t appear right away, try refreshing or re-opening the app.

  • Always double-check the phone number before saving.


Troubleshooting contact management

  1. Can’t add a contact: Check that the phone number format is correct and includes the country or area code.

  2. Changes not saving: Log out and back in, or update your Teloa app to the latest version.

  3. Deleted contact still showing: Refresh the page or restart the app.

Can I save multiple contacts in Teloa?
Yes. You can store as many contacts as you want for faster refills.

Does Teloa sync my contacts automatically?
No. You’ll need to grant permission when installing the app, or add or edit them manually inside your Teloa account.

Can I recover a deleted contact?
No. Once deleted, you’ll need to add it again manually.

Will deleting a contact affect my refill history?
No. Your refill history remains saved even if the contact is removed.
