How to get & use the referral gift
Log in to your Teloa account, and select Invite your friends.
Tap on Share your code.
Next, share your referral link via WhatsApp, email, Facebook or copy your personal link.
Your friend signs up using your link or code and redeems the USD 5 discount on their first refill.
When they complete that first refill, you receive $5 credit. This credit has no expiration date.
Rewards are automatically added to your account once the referred user completes an eligible transaction.
Your friend’s discount & conditions
Your invited friends receive:
A USD 5 discount on their first refill.
The discount is valid for 30 days after claiming.
Conditions for eligibility:
The contact (phone number) to be refill must not have been recharged in the past 3 months via Teloa.
The payment method used must not have been used before with Teloa.
Reward credit for you
After your friend completes their first refill, you’ll receive USD 5 in credit added to your Teloa account.
The credit does not expire and can be used toward future refills anytime.
You’ll see the credit appear in your account balance or credit section after the friend’s refill is verified.

Things to know
You can refer as many friends as you like, but only one reward per referred user applies.
Rewards are valid only when the referred user completes their first paid refill.
If your friend doesn’t redeem the discount within 30 days, it expires.
If a payment method was already used before, the friend won’t be eligible.
Troubleshooting referral program
Didn’t receive your reward? Make sure your friend used your referral link and completed a qualifying refill.
Referral link not working: Try copying and pasting the full link directly into your browser.
Reward missing after confirmation: Wait a few minutes or refresh your account, sometimes credits take a short while to appear.
