Always use accurate information (name, email, and payment details) to avoid issues with your account or transactions.
What you can change
You can modify or remove personal information such as:
Name
Email address
Profile picture
Password (if registered with email)
Or permanently delete your account and personal data
If you registered using Google, Facebook, or Apple, your personal details are managed by those platforms. This means you cannot edit your name, email, or password from Teloa directly. Any changes must be made in your third-party account settings.
If you want to change your Teloa email or other details, you’ll need to create a new Teloa account using a personal email address.
Update information yourself
Go to Teloa or open the Teloa app.
In the slide-out menu, select Account.
If you registered with email, you can edit your name, profile picture, email or update your password.
To delete your account, click Delete Account at the bottom of the page.
If you update your email address, you may be asked to verify the new one before it becomes active.
Request changes from Teloa
Let us know about any changes or inaccuracies in your personal information:

There’s no fee for making these changes.
If you registered through a third-party login (Google, Facebook, Apple), our team cannot change your name, email, or password. You’ll need to do this directly in your linked account.

You can edit your saved payment methods anytime in the Payments section of your Teloa account.
