Learn how to create a Teloa account or log in to Teloa in just a few seconds. With your account, you can send mobile refills, and manage your payments easily and securely.

Always use a valid email address when signing up. You’ll need it to reset your password or receive important account notifications.


Sign Up for Teloa

It couldn’t be simpler:

  1. Tap Get Started on the right upper corner.

  2. Choose your registration method:

    • Use your email and password, or

    • Sign up using Google, Facebook, or Apple for faster access.

That’s it! Your account is active and ready to use.

Signing up with a social login (Google, Facebook, or Apple) means you won’t need to remember another password, you’ll always log in via that provider.

Keep your login details safe.


Log In to Teloa

  1. If you used Google, Facebook, or Apple to register, just select that option when logging in, no password needed.

  2. If you registered with email and password, enter both at login.

  3. Forgot your password? Use the Forgot it? link. Follow the prompts to set a new one instantly.

For Apple login, note this method works on iOS and the web, but won't be available on the Android app.

Use a strong, unique password if registering by email.

Don’t use multiple registration methods for the same email (e.g. don’t mix email login with Google login for same account).


Troubleshooting login problems

  1. Incorrect email or password: Double-check your credentials and try again. Use the Forgot it? reset option if necessary.

  2. Didn’t receive the confirmation email? Check your spam or junk folder. If you can’t find it, request a new verification email.
