Sign up to Teloa
You’ll find the option in the upper right corner. We’ve made it easier by adding the possibility to register with Google, Facebook, or Apple accounts, but you can also choose to sign up with your personal email and a password.
Choose refill contact
Once in your profile, you’ll see two options: refill your own prepaid plan or send a recharge to another contact. Make sure to check the carrier for that number and either confirm it or select from the available options.
Select your plan
After selecting the contact, choose the refill plan you want on the next screen.
Choose a payment method
In Teloa, you can pay using Google Pay, Apple Pay, PayPal, credit, debit or prepaid cards, no bank account required. It's very easy to add a new payment method. Otherwise, select one you’ve previously registered.
Review your purchase details
Make sure all the information in the checkout is correct, and you're ready to pay for your refill.
You will not be billed unless the refill is successfully delivered to the recipient’s number. Also, you'll receive a confirmation email with all the details of your transaction.
Most recharges are delivered instantly. In rare cases, it might take a few minutes depending on the mobile operator.

If the mobile balance doesn’t show up immediately:
Wait a few minutes and ask the recipient to check their balance again.
Confirm that the number you entered is correct.
Make sure your payment was successfully processed.
