In Teloa, it is very easy to add new payment methods, and to make it even easier, here are the two ways you can use.

1- In the drop-down menu, select the Account option.

Right there, click on the symbol to the right of the payment method you have already registered and you will have the option Add card just below, or you will see this option directly in your Account if it is the first card you add.

2- The second way is to go through the process of making a refill. Right at the checkout, at Payment, you will see a small symbol to the right of the payment method selected by default.

When you click on it, you will see underneath the option Add card

If you did not have a card previously added, you will see that option in the checkout itself.

Once you complete the information correctly, you are ready to send your refill. The data will be registered in our system and you will be able to use the indicated payment method every time you want to send a recharge.

Please note: If you pay by credit card, the payment information does not go through Teloa's servers; it goes directly to the payment processors (only the last 4 digits of the card are stored). If you use PayPal, the payment information is handled directly by PayPal.
