It may be that you no longer use one of the cards you have registered with Teloa, perhaps because it has expired, been lost or for some other reason.

In that case, we recommend you to delete it from your user account. It is very easy, I will show you how:

The first thing is to log in to your Teloa user at www.teloa.com. When the menu is displayed, you must enter your Account:

Once inside your account details click on the symbol to the right of your payment method

then select “Edit”

and finally delete the card of your choice:
