To register with Teloa and send your first refill, simply select Get Started on our home page and then select from the four options you have to create a new account:

You can enter a personal email and password, or, if you prefer not to have to remember a password every time you want to access Teloa, you can register from your Facebook, Google or Apple accounts.

By the way, if you register via Apple, this option is only available if you use the app on an iPhone or via the web, it is not available in the app if you use android.
