Teloa processes numerous refills every month, practically without incident. First, a pre-authorization of payment is made and if the refill is sent correctly, the user is charged.

If you pay by card, the payment information does not pass through Teloa's servers, it is sent directly to the payment processors (only the last 4 digits of the card are stored and these are in the public domain).

If you choose to use PayPal, the payment information is handled solely and exclusively by PayPal.

Teloa complies with the strictest requirement for payment processing (PCI compliance) and implements HTTPS protocol throughout the website.

No need to worry, Teloa guarantees the protection of your data.

And if you want to know more about Teloa's policies, here are the Terms and Conditions.

If you have any questions, you can write to us at [email protected] or through our chat on the website.
