How to add Teloa Credit to your account
Log in to your Teloa account or open the Teloa app.
Go to Credit on the slide-out menu.
Click Add Credit.
Select the amount you want to add.
Choose your payment method (card, PayPal, Apple Pay, or Google Pay).
Confirm the payment.
You’ll see your updated balance instantly once the transaction is complete.
How to use (redeem) your accumulated credit
When you’re ready to make a refill, go to checkout.
Turn on the Use Teloa Credit option, your available credit will show.
The credit amount is deducted automatically from your total cost.
If your credit fully covers the amount, your refill could be free!
If your credit isn’t enough, the remainder is paid via your selected payment method.

How to check your credit activity
Open your slide-out menu and tap the Credit section.
