If you want to cancel your user account, go to www.teloa.com and log in with your username and password.
Once you are in your profile, look for the drop-down menu at the top left and click on Account:
On Account, you will find the option to delete it at the bottom.
If you wish to reactivate your user account in the future or if you canceled it by mistake, you can contact us via the chat on this page or at [email protected], and we will quickly reactivate your account.
